FIRST OFF: We Ship Fast!!! Orders from HID Hut go out within 2 business days under most circumstances. We ship by UPS ground or USPS, and large orders will ship freight. Our products are discretely shipped using brand new plain unmarked cardboard boxes.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will ship anywhere in the world, however your payment will typically take extra verification to protect against credit card fraud. Please use PAYPAL with a confirmed address for the fastest service, or send an international money order to us. Credit card payments can take up to one additional week, depending on how quickly your bank gets back with us. We will not be responsible for any customs duties levied by your Country.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We suggest using US Postal Service, however UPS is a faster service. Please be aware that duties may be levied by either carrier, however UPS is typically higher due to brokerage fees. Customs duties levied will be your responsibility, and HID HUT will not be held responsible for any additional fees for international shipping.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Shipping Damage must be reported within one week of receipt. Please notify us, and we will file a UPS claim to cover the broken products and then ship you new and/or replacement parts. In the event you received the incorrect products, notify us immediately and we will send you a return shipping label. Once you have shipped the incorrect products back to us, we will promptly send you out the correct products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you are experiencing operational failure of any product purchased from HID HUT please first call or email us for troubleshooting describing the problem you are having, we may be able to help you quickly fix your problem over the phone or via email. If you are still unable to get the product working, we require you return your defective product before a replacement is sent. Shipping back to HID HUT will be paid for by the customer, upon receipt your defective product will be repaired or replaced, and returned to you at no charge. All products should be thoroughly tested prior to return. Any item returned that we deem fully functional will be subject to a $10 testing charge and return shipping charges, so make sure your product is actually defective - please check your bulbs, wiring, surge protector etc. Items outside of the warranty period, or not purchased from HID HUT will only be returned at the customers expense. When sending a product back, please include a note describing the problem you are having, your return address, and phone number or email so we may contact you if needed.

REFUNDS: Refunds are only available for two weeks from the time you receive an item, less a 20% restocking fee and all products must be returned unused, in the original packaging. Please make sure you want a product before having us pack and ship it to you!
